Mon 25th May (Beginners)

Intermediate Sessions suitable for players already confident with the basics who want to extend their playing with driving arrangements and cool grooves.
 
Beginner Session -suitable for new players and those who want to work on the basics learning to play great grooves with others.

A workout for your Brain, Body, and Mind

Time spent in a drum circle is pretty special.  It’s a whole body workout.  From our heads to our hands and everything in between we are gently exercising. Our memory centres get a workout too, and on the inside, we’re dancing.
